The price for the first day includes final cleaning. Prices for small children upon request. A maximum of two dogs may be brought upon verbal agreement. They are welcomed as they are not entering upholstered furniture or bedding. Our cottage is a non-smoking house. For urgent needs the wall ashtray on the terrace can be used.
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
Additional costs:
– Refundable damage deposit of 100,-€ per stay
– Tourist tax (incl. Sauerland card) of €2,20 per day and person from 16 years of age
The Holiday property is available from the arrival date 3pm until the departure day 11 o’clock.
All prices include towels, tea towels, bed linen, heating + electricity + water, WiFi, swimming pool, sauna and parking. The valid value added tax is included.

Booking and payment terms
After booking, an initial deposit of 20% of the rental price will be requested within 14 days. The remaining payment including refundable damage deposit and tourist tax is due at the latest 14 days before arrival. For short-term bookings of less than 14 days prior to arrival, the total amount is due immediately.
With the booking confirmation you will receive further payment details by e-mail. From transfer of the deposit up to 6 weeks prior to arrival, cancellations are free of charge
– in case of a cancellation of 6-4 weeks before arrival 20% (initial deposit) will be due
– until 14 days before departure: 50% of the rental contract amount
– up to 7 days before departure: 75% of the rental contract amount
– up to 1 day before departure: 90% of the rental contract amount
Dear guests, book with peace of mind: In the event of a travel warning, a marking as a risk area, an accommodation ban or a perimeter ban for your county or the county of our holiday property for your booking period in connection with the corona virus, we offer you a free cancellation of your booking! Please inform us immediately after you have become aware of this.

All other cancellation conditions for our property remain unaffected. Decisive for the time of withdrawal is the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by the landlord. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation/cancellation insurance. Please make sure that this also contains a clause for illnesses from Corona.
